How To Solve Google Play Store Not Showing Android Phone, Tablet Issue

We can browse and remotely download apps from the Google play store using a computer web browser. Sometime when we try to download app on Google play, it doesn’t show our active phone and tablet. Although you can continuously access the Play store using your Android device and download apps to your device. In addition to that, you can’t use the Google’s new Device manager service.

This is a sync issue between your Android phone, tablet with the Google server. It’s better fix this issue as soon as possible. Because Google automatic apps and data restore function may not work in future. Most of the case this issue happens, if you installed a new custom ROM, firmware upgrade or reinstall or factory resets the device.

You can access the Google play settings (here) and check current associated device with your account. In there you can see Last Used and Registered On dates. There are several methods to solve this issue. This post I added all the possible solutions that you can apply. Factory reset will fix this issue, but it will erase all the user data on your device. Before do a reset, there are several alternative methods can apply.
