How To Root Motorola Motoluxe 2.3.7 Gingerbread Firmware

Rooting Motorola Motoluxe with running Gingerbread 2.3.7 firmware now more easier. This method we use the windows computer and superoneclick application. Rooting gives super control and you can flash new custom ROM, recovery on your device.

This method we flash a rootable system image and then we user superoneclick for get the root access.

Pre-requirements
  • ADB driver installation guide here.
  • Enable USB debugging (Settings>Applications>Developer options).
  • Enable  stay awake (Settings>Applications>Developer options).
  • Change screen timeout to 10 minutes.
Downloads.
Rooting procedure. 
  • Unzip the downloaded root package to your desktop.
  • Unzip “Motohelper_2_0_53_driver_5_2_0_012027.zip” and install the drivers.
  • Install the extracted folder “SUTLR” (Software update tool) and superoneclick applications (setup.exe file).
  • Run the “SUTLR” application as an administrator.
  • Connect your phone to the computer.
  • In the software update tool main menu click browser button. In the “Open” window bottom drop-down menu change to “xml files (*.xml)”  and choose the downloaded compress file contain “FXX_PR3_NV.xml” system image file. 
  • To start the installation click “Next” button.
  • Now your phone will be reboot. Wait for a few minutes to complete the installation. 
  • Once the phone boot-up ensure that USB debugging enable. 
  • Unzip the downloaded folder contain “super_one_click_112520.rar”
  • Now install the “SuperOneClick” windows application on your computer.
  • Run the Superoneclick as an administrator. 
  • In its main window, click “Root” and wait for a few minutes to complete the process.
  • To verify the root completed, reboot the phone and check the “SuperUser” app in the app drawer.
