How to start tracking.

  • Go to Google Play, Plan B app page using your other devices “in here“.
  • Select which device you want to install this app and click “Install”.
  • Plan B will automatically send phone’s location to your Gmail Inbox.
  • If above 3rd step doesn’t work, text to your lost phone using the word “locate”.
  • Finally, you can view your lost phone current location in Google maps.

Now you may think this app can automatically detect my email address, answer is Yes. When I’m testing this app, it doesn’t send IP address, only display phone location place (approximately) using Google map moreover it creates a shortcut so thieves can easily detect this app.

Important Note:-

After recovering your phone, uninstall this application. Otherwise, it will send emails in every minute. Moreover, it can display the location, can’t detect IP address and enable GPS.
